Low temperature electric shaft dryer, designed for thermal treatment of metals

• Working chamber made from heat resistant stainless steel
• Heating elements are arranged in the bottom and two sides of the walls
• Inside, in the middle the working chamber a stainless steel retort (1200x1200x1000) is placed on fire-clay bricks. The retort is designed for load placement.
• A fan is mounted for air mixing.
• Doors are sealed up by sand. A special gap for smoke is available.
• High quality thermoinsulation materials.
• Control block could be separat from the furnace
• Microprocessor temperature controller.
• Near thermocouple is available a special Æ 22mm gap for additional (control) thermocouple.
• One year limited warranty and later service.
